Fab location, original rooms and incredibly professional personnel. Delicious breakfast, good food was served. Great beds, climate control, coffee and terrace were a nice touch. Service was excellent in the city hotel.

The stay was absolutely pleasant overnight. I loved really handy location and the good service of the team. Panoramic view of sea. Immaculately clean and incredibly helpful hotel in Lugano City-Centre district.

The personnel is FRIENDLY and the rooms are big. Right by the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. It's minute walk from Bar Bocc with nice drinks and cocktails.

The street was a bit noisy and that caused inconvenience.

we would recommend the hotel and its staff. good breakfast, comfortable bed, air-conditioned room. it was near to lake lugano. they offer fresh fruit and cereal in the morning.
